Ingredients
- 180g porterhouse steak, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 4 baby peppers
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Moroccan seasoning combined with 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150g McCain sweet potato wedges, deep fried
- Butter leaf salad to serve
Steps
- Cook porterhouse on a hot skillet pan searing well on both sides, then remove and allow to rest.
- Add peppers, tomatoes and half the seasoning in oil, tossing until peppers blister.
- Slice porterhouse and fan across serving plate.
- Toss McCain sweet potato wedges with peppers mix, and plate beside steak.
- Drizzle additional seasoning over and serve with a butter leaf salad.
