Ingredients

  • 400g McCain Fast Fry Straight Cut Fries 10mm, deep fried
  • 1 cup Bourbon BBQ sauce
  • 100g shredded roast chicken
  • 2 spring onions, 1 sliced lengthways, 1 chopped
  • Black sesame seeds, toasted

Steps

  1. Toss the hot fries in half the Bourbon BBQ sauce and place on a large serve plate.
  2. Sprinkle with roast chicken, then dollop extra sauce on top.
  3. Finish with spring onions and black sesame seeds to serve.
