Tex Mex Snack Boats

Yield: 4 servings


  • 400g McCain Crispers
  • 1 cup guacamole dip
  • 1 cup spicy Mexican salsa
  • Chopped coriander to serve


  1. Deep fry McCain Crispers as instructed and drain.
  2. Place crispers on serving platter with the v-cut upwards. Using a teaspoon, fill Crispers with guacamole, then top with a dollop of salsa.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh coriander to serve.
