Featuring a distinct creamy yellow colour and premium presentation, McCain Cream Flesh fries are made from carefully selected, naturally creamy coloured potatoes developed and grown specifically for McCain.

 
Ingredients
Potato (95%), canola oil, dextrose  
Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Product must be cooked before consumption. Deep Fry
  1. Deep fry in oil at 175°c for 2 – 3 minutes.
  2. Shake basket to remove excess oil.
Always cook to a light golden colour. When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not over cook.
